Compliance Agreement:
I have read and understand the MATA EXPO 2010 Information
Sheet and Guidelines. I agree to abide by the rules as stated. I
understand that all promotion of my items must take place
within the confines of my booth. I further understand that the
MATA EXPO committee and Deaf Asia Foundation and all
their representatives are not responsible for or liable for
damages including, but not limited to, loss suffered by the
exhibitor before, during, or after the MATA EXPO 2010 or as a
result of the display of my work, equipment, or materials. The
exhibitor indemnifies the MATA EXPO 2010, and Deaf Asia
Foundation for any and all damages and losses incurred by
them or third party due to the actions of the exhibitor or their
agents, or acts of God. Deaf Asia Foundation is not
responsible for power shortages. I understand that there are
no refunds or rain checks. MATA EXPO committee reserves
the right to refuse booth space to any group or organization
that does not comply with the rules or regulations of the State,
County, City, and Deaf Asia Foundation. Certain rules and
regulations have been established to protect the rights of
participants and public as well. If these rules and regulations
are not upheld, your booth will be closed immediately and your
fees will not be refunded. MATA EXPO Committee has the
sole discretion to exclude any exhibitor who does not meet the
spirit and intent of the MATA EXPO 2010.
